Engineers Without Borders University of Florida Reception

Engineers Without Borders University of Florida Reception

This semi-formal event, which will be held on April 13, 2012, is expected to host students, university professors, and professional engineers from various engineering organizations throughout Florida. The event will include a sit-down dinner and presentations from our research and project teams. The proceeds from this event will support our engineering projects in Gainesville, Macedonia, Cambodia, and Bolivia.

We hope to provide you an excellent opportunity to meet and socialize with those in your industry as well as with other socially active professionals on a more casual basis, while also learning why and how engineers have an extremely essential role in furthering the development of EWB's mission.

This year's keynote speaker is Kathy Caldwell, an adjunct professor at the University of Florida, the Past-President of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), as well as the president of Caldwell Cook & Associates, of Gainesville, Florida.
